Zayla’s Paws is named in memory of Dr. JoDee’s first dog, Zayla — a soulful Rottweiler who inspired a lifelong commitment to gentle, relationship-based care. Just like Zayla, many pets are misunderstood or simply need a little more time and patience. That’s why JoDee created a mobile practice that slows things down and sees each animal as an individual.
With advanced training in senior pet care and a passion for working with anxious or reactive animals, JoDee brings medical skill and emotional intelligence into every visit. Appointments are never rushed. Questions are always welcome. And owners are encouraged to be fully present throughout the entire experience.
