Dr. Mahlberg is the founder, lead veterinarian, and driving force behind Zayla’s Paws. Dr. Mahlberg brings years of hands-on experience in both traditional clinic settings and mobile veterinary care. After working within a large mobile veterinary group, she launched Zayla’s Paws to better reflect her vision: one-on-one, relationship-based pet care that puts the pet’s comfort first.
Known by her clients for her calm demeanor, gentle handling, and willingness to truly listen, Dr. Mahlberg specializes in fear-free techniques — ideal for anxious pets, senior animals, and even those who have struggled with vet visits in the past.
