If your pet requires these services, we’ll be happy to refer you to a trusted local veterinary hospital.

How do I book an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment:

We recommend booking online for convenience — especially if we’re on the road and unable to answer the phone right away.

What should I expect during a house call visit?

Our mobile visits are designed to be low-stress, comfortable, and personalized. Here’s what you can expect:

  1. We arrive at your home during your scheduled window.
  2. We perform a thorough exam and any pre-discussed services.
  3. We take the time to answer your questions and review care recommendations.
  4. Most medications, if needed, can be dispensed on-site.
  5. Payment is taken at the time of service.

Your pet stays relaxed at home, and you get more one-on-one time with our veterinarian.

Do you see aggressive, anxious, or senior pets?

Yes! We often work with fearful, anxious, or older animals who don’t do well in traditional clinics. Our calm, home-based approach provides pets with a familiar setting, and we take extra time to ensure they feel safe and comfortable.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept:

  • All major credit cards (via Provet Cloud)
  • Apple Pay
  • Venmo (by request)

Payment is due at the time of service. We do not currently accept cash, checks, or CareCredit.

Can I submit my pet’s medical records ahead of time?

Yes. You can upload your pet’s records through our Upload Medical Records Form. We accept PDF or image files, and they will be sent directly to our clinic email: zaylaspaws@gmail.com.

What if my pet needs emergency care?

While we handle many mild illnesses and minor issues, we are not equipped for emergency veterinary services. If your pet is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, we recommend contacting your nearest 24/7 emergency veterinary hospital.

Do you accept pet insurance?

We are happy to provide detailed invoices for you to submit to your pet insurance provider. Please notify us in advance so we can ensure proper documentation.

Do you offer any wellness packages or discounts?

We’re working on introducing puppy and kitten vaccine packages soon! Check back or ask during your visit for the latest offerings.
